How many people can stay in the flat?

No more persons than the number of beds may be accommodated in housing units. In this sense, children and infants are to be considered as adults.

Is smoking allowed in the flats?

Out of respect for all tenants, we kindly ask you not to smoke in the building units.

Are there any extra costs to be paid locally?

There may be additional costs to the rental total. this is generally the tourist tax. Other costs can be added at the customer's request, such as the rental of linen, cots, high chairs, cribs.

What is the flat equipped with?

The flats are equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils, pillows, blankets.
In the event that crockery or other kitchen equipment is missing, please contact reception immediately to have it replaced.

By what time should I leave the flat on the day of departure?

In what condition should I leave the flat on the day of departure?

The flat must be left tidy and clean, with the bathroom and floors washed, free of garbage, bottles and boxes, with the interior shelves of the furniture clean, with the dishes washed and the refrigerator empty; otherwise, extra cleaning costs will be charged starting from 50.00 euros depending on the degree of deterioration and dirtiness left.
In case the client detects an inadequate level of cleanliness upon arrival at the flat, he/she shall give notice thereof in order to allow the facility to tidy up the unit.

Under what conditions can I request a refund of my deposit?

The deposit, as its name implies, is the price to be paid in order to stop the reservation of your stay. It has a twofold value, in our case it guarantees a commitment to you to reserve the solution chosen at the time of the estimate, and gives us a minimum of security of your commitment to be present. in the event of any cancellation, the deposit will be retained in full without any refund being due unless the cancellation is made in a period of time greater than or equal to 30 days prior to check-in. In no other case may it be returned. Bad weather (except in cases of an established red weather alert), a cancellation of an event or sporting event are not exceptions. In the event of a cancellation, even if justified, between the 15th day prior to check in and the day of arrival, in addition to the deposit being withheld, you will also be required to pay the balance within 10 days. In case of disputes the competent court is Savona.

Bookings handled by Booking.com

We expressly refer to all the conditions stated in the booking confirmation received from the sales channels, in particular to the cancellation grace period.

The customer may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival; after this period, the applicable cancellation fee is 100% of the booking amount, and the customer will pay the full amount if he/she cancels within 14 days prior to arrival. Once the deadline for free cancellation has passed, the "Residence Colibrì sas" company will charge 30% of the total amount of the booking to the credit card; except for bookings with a stay of less than three nights, which will be charged 50%.

Reservations made with an expected arrival of less than thirty days are considered non-refundable at the time of booking; there is a 24-hour grace period during which the reservation can be cancelled free of charge.

This time period is not calculated in Last Minute bookings.

Every condition is expressly stated on the booking confirmation from the moment the booking is made.

In any case, all rules in the contract concluded between the end customer and the virtual operator apply; the customer and the operator are never excluded from adhering to the conditions accepted at the time of online confirmation.

Bike storage

It is never permitted to bring any means of transport (bicycles - MTBs - city bikes) into the accommodation; there is an unattended garage/bike depot for guests to access during office hours from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. under the sole supervision of one of our staff members.
